Privacy Policy
What we process
Lionance is non-custodial. We process the public wallet address, wallet authorization and signed login proof, quote preferences, service-session records, support correspondence, and public Solana results needed to provide the service. We never request or collect seed phrases, private keys or wallet passwords.
Why we process it
We use this information to authenticate a wallet session, prepare quotes and unsigned transactions, display fee and risk information, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and respond to support requests. We do not use it to take custody or initiate a transaction without your wallet approval.
Providers
Cloudflare provides application infrastructure and storage. Solana RPC providers and market-data providers such as Jupiter may process technical request metadata and public blockchain information to answer API requests. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy notices.
Retention and deletion
Short-lived authentication sessions expire automatically. Off-chain support and service records may be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed, subject to security, fraud-prevention, legal and accounting duties. Public blockchain records cannot be deleted or changed by Lionance. Email plus1ionczp@gmail.com from the address associated with your request and provide the public wallet address. Never include wallet secrets.
International users
You may have rights under local privacy law, including access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. Contact us first so we can assess and respond under the law that applies to you. Do not use Lionance where access or a contemplated transaction is prohibited.
Children and changes
Lionance is not intended for children. We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change; the effective date above will be updated with material revisions.
